Availability note

What’s working now and what’s coming next.

What’s working right now, what is not ready yet, and where to go if something looks wrong. Website preview entry, pricing, privacy, and support are live. The iPhone app is still in final testing and is not public yet on the App Store.

Check here first if SelfMosaic says temporarily unavailable.

What’s live

What’s live

The website and app are not in the same availability state yet. This page keeps that distinction explicit.

Testing

iPhone app

The iPhone app is still in final testing rather than public on the App Store.

Public information live

Website

The website preview entry and trust pages are available so you can check pricing, examples, privacy, support, and current status before the app is public.

iPhone app first

Billing

Subscriptions stay inside the iPhone app through Apple billing. Open Profile in the iPhone app, then tap Restore purchases if access looks wrong. Use Apple subscription settings to manage renewals or cancellations.

Human-handled

Support

Support is intentionally human and direct, with support, billing, privacy, and security contacts already published.

What is not ready yet

What is not ready yet

These gaps are still part of the public truth.

  • The public App Store release is not live yet, so final testing is still part of the path.
  • Purchase, restore, and subscription-renewal checks are still part of the final testing list.
  • Support and billing email addresses are published, but the full public release is still being finalized.

What to do next

Status should point to the next safe step.

This is a plain availability note. It does not claim live uptime, paid availability, or App Store availability.

Preview or upload looks unavailable

Start with the web preview

If the preview page does not open, use Help first. This status page is a current availability note, not a promise that every device or account state is available.

Purchase or restore looks wrong

Do not buy twice

If you already have the iPhone app, restore purchases from Profile. If access still looks wrong, use Support instead of buying again.

Privacy or account control

Start with Privacy

For privacy, deletion, or account-control questions, read Privacy first, then contact the matching support address if the answer is not enough.
