SelfMosaic Terms of Use

1. The service and these terms

SelfMosaic is operated by Archit Rajendra Khare, trading as SelfMosaic. The service operates from India. These terms cover ingredient and kitchen-photo processing, meal ideas, saved meals, optional missing-ingredient lists and SelfMosaic Plus. Saved meals and missing-ingredient lists are app features. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Purchases also follow the terms of the store or payment provider used for that purchase. These terms do not replace that provider's purchase agreement.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If local law requires a higher age or parent or guardian permission, that stricter rule applies.

You can try SelfMosaic without signing in. Account and subscription features use the identity and access requirements shown in the product. If you create an account, keep access to your sign-in method secure. Updated terms may require acceptance when access changes.

3. Your content and acceptable use

Use SelfMosaic lawfully and submit only content you have the right to use. Your kitchen photos remain yours. You give SelfMosaic limited permission to host, process, display, save, delete and support the content you choose to use, as needed to provide the product and as explained in the Privacy Policy. This includes submitted photos and notes, ingredient lists you review or adjust, saved meals and optional missing-ingredient lists.

4. Meal ideas and safety

Meal ideas and ingredient readings are AI-generated and can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are not nutrition, allergy, medical, food-safety or legal advice.

Check ingredients, labels, allergens, substitutions, cooking instructions and safe food handling before relying on a suggestion. A photo cannot establish that food is safe to eat. SelfMosaic's safety guidance does not remove any responsibility or consumer protection imposed by law.

5. Free use and SelfMosaic Plus

SelfMosaic provides three successful meal generations free. A successful generation provides a set of meal ideas. Failed, cancelled or technical-error generations do not consume the free allowance.

Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription for further meal generation. Daily usage limits apply. Available plans, price, currency and renewal period are shown before you confirm a purchase.

SelfMosaic Plus is $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year in U.S. dollars. When available, signed-in website payments use Paddle as merchant of record. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store shows the applicable local price before purchase.

RevenueCat connects subscription access to the relevant SelfMosaic account. The confirmed purchase screen and applicable mandatory consumer rights govern the amount charged.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly Plus subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled through the provider where they were purchased. The provider shows the renewal information before purchase and applies its required price-change notices and consent rules.

Follow the purchase provider's instructions before the next renewal to prevent another charge. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period; refunds, withdrawal rights or other provider adjustments may change that period.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple handles your purchase and cancellation through Apple subscription settings. If you subscribe through Google Play, Google handles your purchase and cancellation through Google Play subscriptions. For website payments, Paddle is merchant of record; manage or cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt.

Deleting SelfMosaic data does not cancel a subscription. Deleting the app or account does not cancel it either.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, request a refund through Apple. If you subscribe through Google Play, request a refund through Google. The relevant store's refund rules apply.

For a website purchase, request help through Paddle buyer support; the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy explain the applicable process and withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these terms limits refund rights or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. A cancellation request and a refund request are different actions.

8. Privacy, changes and support

The Privacy Policy explains saved-meal storage, retention, exports, deletion and the limited information that remains on a device after deletion. Use the in-product controls or the deletion page for deletion help.

SelfMosaic may change features, models, limits or availability as the product evolves, subject to applicable law and consumer rights. Important policy changes will be shown in the product before they affect you. Changes to these terms do not silently replace the purchase provider's agreement or remove mandatory rights.
